Nice place.

Clean, comfortable and roomy. Plenty of power sources for devices. Overhead bedside lighting that you can dim. Wonderful accommodations. Would stay again.

We were given a room that had not been cleaned. Garbage overflow, missing most towels, unsliced toilet, but bed was made. We we given another room, far end, very small but clean and adequate. We normally love this hotel, the restaurant is top notch and staff are very kind and accommodating. Hopefully this was an anomaly.

Hotel is convenient to the two high-profile museums. Rooms were clean. Safety was excellent with digital keys to access elevator and doors to property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner in Pub was veru good. Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing and waitress was socializing instead of picking up bill. Check in after adding an extra day was confused and key card was not activated correctly, requiring a long walk when we couldn't use 2nd floor entrance. Staff was always friendly, especially Amber at desk.

The hotel was in a nice location, convenient to many restaurants, and the hotel itself was spotless. The check in attendant was friendly and went above and beyond to be personable to us and answer our questions about the area (I wish I could remember her name!). And our room was great, clean and extremely comfortable bed. Highly recommend.
