"Apart from the price which in any case was unrealistically high during Kumbh Mela for all hotels in Prayagraj, zone connect at the Park is excellent. Special mention to front desk staff who are very helpful and friendly. Vijay Nehra gets a special mention for his helpful nature. Civil lines , shopping and markets are close y but doesn’t cause any disruption as the hotel is tucked away in a smaller street close to Civil Lines. Good hotel to stay"

Absolute choice for family, friends and couple. 👍👍👍 Reception staff is really cooperative and their way of talking and solving issues are really impressive. "This is a unique concept, and this was my first experience of capsule concept in India. The place was immaculate and well maintained. I visited this place with my sister and found quite a few women solo travelers who were using this place. So this place is great for solo travelers or even couples. "They don’t have a DND sign usage in the hotel and staff keep disturbing by pressing the bell all the times inspite of instructing the reception staff not to disturb "

"Very noisy on the road. Extreme noise during the night meant unable to sleep well. Old noisy AC. Curtain unable to keep early morning light out. Had to switch off AC to reduce noise that meant mosquito attack. Overall staff were helpful but with exception of tips."

"This is a girls hostel turned into a home stay. The toilet was not cleaned as per attached photo. For toiletries, all that was offered were two small pieces of soap. The photos of the bathroom on the website are deceptive - they do not show the whole bathroom because it is not worth showing. While the management and service was good and friendly, it does not compensate for the overall experience."
