"MWe enjoyed our stay at Nine Orchard! From the moment we checked in, the staff was so helpful in answering any questions we had and giving recommendations for things to do and places to see in the area. The Swan Room is amazing. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic and the bar tenders were fun to chat with. The food and atmosphere were so nice. Breakfast at the Corner Bar was also good. We ended up just staying at the hotel for breakfast every day since it was so good. They had a cocktail...

"We stayed for 2 nights as a couple. The room was relatively spacious for NYC standards, very comfortable, and clean, with a great layout. We enjoyed the street view from our room, and the location is truly prime! We also loved the 24/7 rooftop access, which offers fantastic views of the city. The staff was kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I stayed 3 nights at the Artezen and really enjoyed it. The room was really nice and clean. What really stood out for me were the beautiful linens by Frette (slippers too!), which I thought was a very elegant touch. The staff is delightfully young and friendly. Also very helpful when I asked for an iron … ironing board and iron sent to the room immediately. Also, I had a VIP voucher to use at the rooftop bar, but as it was closed on Sunday night and memorial day Monday night, I couldn’t use it....

"Had a wonderful stay at Nester Finn. We had two beds, two baths, a kitchen and a sleeper sofa did our family. The extra bathroom is a rarity! The fitness center was excellent and the rooftop a must for relaxing at night. Definitely the best stay I've had in New York City."

"Every things were good expect we had very bad experience with A/C because of A/C was making very loud noise and we had to pack and changed the room. This new room A/C was not working and since we were very tired, we decided not to change room and because of hot weather we could not sleep good at all. Since compressor gone they put fan and that night was little bit cooler and we slept better than first night. Since this problem they reimburse us. We were out of room whole day and use the room...

"As a first timer, CitizenM exceeded my expectations. The staff was so accommodating and courteous to my questions. As student who was traveling, the access to the printer in the lounge was an amazing amenity. The rooftop bar was very relaxing and offered great views of the city. "This hotel is in excellent Location. Within walking distance to the Little Italy, Chinatown, and downtown Courthouse area. Room is clean, staff is friendly, parking garage is few steps away. We parked in front of the hotel to check-in, unload our luggage, cart to our room then park in the garage. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family."
