"This is a water park with a hotel attached to it. It ain't a proper hotel-hotel. The staff is confused by simple hotel-hotel questions, and some things are missing, like a hotel bar. But the value was good (note that we were there outside of the peek water park-season). The breakfast was pretty decent. And it was a good stayover on our two day drive."

"My stay at the Soo Hotel was great! The room was clean and quiet. The hotel was close the concert venue and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel had a popcorn and slushie machine for guests to enjoy as well as claw machines. The staff was both friendly and helpful. I recommend Soo Hotel to guests traveling to Seoul."

"We stayed in one of the royal suites and although there was a mix up with the lack of sofa bed the room was spacious and clean. Yes the rooms are a little tired and could do with a refresh but it was clean, soundproof & the air con had you believing it was chilly outside even in August when in reality outdoors was like walking into a boiling steam room.
The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful.
Location wise, I was worried we wouldn’t be close enough to central Seoul but the hotel

"My stay at this hotel was okay. The room was very nice. Looked exactly like the photos. What brings the grade down for me is the amenities and the quality of service from the staff. The toilet in my room worked properly, however the water in the toilet would periodically begin to give off a foul unpleasant odor. When I addressed the issue with the staff, nothing was done to correct the issue. Not sure if it is related to some sort of plumbing issue, but hopefully it is corrected in the future....

"My friends and I rented 3 rooms. All smelled like smoke, even though they were non-smoking. One friend couldnt sleep because of the construction late at night. The other friend had to move rooms bc her window wouldnt close all the way. My room had massive shower leaks bc the rubber was missing from bottom of glass door.
The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The water bottles, snacks, and coffee were nice touches, too."
