"While Dayton is a smaller community, the Dayton Inn and the town itself exceeded our expectations! This hotel has 12 beautifully appointed rooms with exceptional upgrades such as heated towel bars in the bathroom, afternoon wine and cheese social and wonderful bedding. The manager cheerfully greeted us at check in and although our room wasn't ready, she provided many options in town to consider while we waited. The location is very convenient to so many different wineries and the town itself...

"This hotel has been consistently clean, and the staff have been consistently kind. The breakfast was well stocked, hot, and clean. The only downfall we’ve experienced is that there is no hot tub."

"Honest review — The front desk staff was friendly. My room was clean. The location was excellent, close to town and the freeway. The third level is the best; however, on the second and first levels, you can hear all the footsteps from guests above, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. I might have just had a noisy guest above me. It’s not worth the $257 a night, but it’s still a charming older hotel. I loved the beautiful lake view and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor balcony overlooking...

"Whomever was running check in on Friday night was SO kind, engaging and welcoming! He had a line of people waiting yet he still made the process smooth and not rushed. He was fun and patient with our two boys. We loved the pool, found the rooms to be roomy and clean, and the breakfast with a ton of different options. The grounds were also clean. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Beds were great - large and comfortable. However, the carpet was worn through in front of our room. The toilet clogged up, and the indigent clientele was a bit of a surprise. There is some sort of social services program being run there, as we saw social service room checks being conducted, people without shoes and poor clothing and people with very severe health issues. Great that they are helping the less fortunate, just would let people know ahead of time."

It’s the cleanliness part which disappointed me a lot . Even the basic amenities in the bathroom was not completely available"
