"The front desk staff were quite helpful. Free coffee was excellent. Proximity to TOYEN metro and to "Clean Cocos" laundromat are major pluses. Uber / Bolt rides may decline pickup from Hotel for a drop to Central (too close and fare is low). Metro is a great way to get around. Visit "Hand Bakt" about 300 mètres from the hotel on the same road for freshly baked products. Would definitely stay here again."

"A mixed stay to be honest. The bed and room is nice, but then the window framing didn’t fit and was roughly constructed. The bathroom was fine but then just a single unlabelled mystery pump dispenser in shower. The staff were helpful and nice (shout out to those supporting breakfast), and the location was handy for trams (using Oslo pass). But you could hear the trams rubbling past the hotel even on higher floors. There’s good eating options a stroll up the road, but again you could hear bar...

"Room much smaller than pictures, only one person fits in the bathroom at a time. Bed too soft, needs new mattress. Bathroom drain clogged up and hair in sink. Dead bugs in window upon arrival in room. Shower drain not secure, my wife stepped in shower and drain came off and she hurt her foot and ankle. Terrace in poor shape!!!! Paint wood and at least have 2 chairs and a small table fir guest. Breakfast coffee needs to be better, gad to ho around the corner for decent coffee. Pros- Great...

"The worst part about this place is that you eventually have to leave. It was the most delightful experience and I hope to be back. The saunas and experiences were 5 stars. Loved the pools, facilities, ritual experiences, and rooms. The bed felt like a cloud! The breakfast was delish. The well burger is the best burger I’ve ever had. Simply delightful."

"This is an amazing hotel. It’s massive. We had a huge room with a view of the farms and fjords from 3 vantage points and the biggest shower in Norway. The staff was great. The only negative was the restaurant. The food was pricey but not great."
