"Stay away from this property. It’s extremely dirty. Infested with bedbugs. My husband is extremely allergic and We ended up at a clinic. Customer service for this property sucks. We did not know we needed to bring our own sheets and they were not helpful when we called them to get some. You can find better properties for the same price. Please stay away from this. I wish I had read all the reviews before I booked it."

"Notre séjour de 13 jours a été vraiment top. le logement et le batiment sont vraiment excellent. Notre grosse déception a été qu'il n'y a pas de femmes de ménage en dessous de 15 nuits de réservation. donc à 13 nuits, il faut se laver soit même ses draps et serviettes. pour le reste, il y a un aspirateur. "Our room looked like it had been recently decorated and updated. It was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was huge. The dining room has also had an overhaul. Breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner there a couple of nights, too, and I would recommend the steak. We were skiing in the 3 Valleys, so we rented a ski locker at Chaudanne for convenience and took the bubble up each day. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come again."
