"So much to say: first off there was no indication from Expedia that this hotel was located on the 4th floor of a hospital! You have to pay for parking per hour. Our room had only 3 bath towels (we had a family of 5, with room accommodating up to 6 people). When the water wouldn’t get cold to fill our water bottles we went to the fountain and it was out of service. We went to the ice machine and it wasn’t working. Went to raise the blinks when we arrived and a big metal thing landed on my hand....

"Upon check in, no electricity/no power.I asked when will the power be back on, I was expecting some kind of backup generator to turn on the power, but the Hotel attendant said there is no expected time of when the power would return. I was not offered a refund or any accommodations and I was expected to just wait until the power comes back on. The hotel is not suitable for any one to stay under these conditions and its clear the hotel barely cares to help the customers. They just want money....

"When arrived instructions were clearly listed for check in, upon walking into the property we were unsure if the room had been cleaned, under the beds has tissues and some a tips. Towels were not clean that were provided. This lead us to have to purchase our own.
Water to shower was SCORCHING HOT and unbearable. The water will quickly cycle from cold to hot to BURNING hot with the only way to fix it was to shut off the water wait a few mins and do it all over again until shower was over. I...
