We discovered the ranch almost by accident as we had a spare day before our flight home to the UK from Nashville, and decided to visit Georgia to tick off another State. We were recommended the Ellijay area, and settled on this as a good area choice and somewhere a little different. It's certainly different! The main house has some accommodation rooms, which share bathrooms, but we chose the overlook suite, which has a private bathroom. The accommodations are amazingly furnished and decorated,...

It was a fun friendly property, staying out of the city, rustic but great for a cabin in the woods feel. Dinner was good, breakfast…I missed breakfast, there was not anything that wasn’t beige! We went to a wedding near the property and this resort was a fun experience. It was close to the water fall too

Stayed here because it was 15min drive from my friends house, loads of shops and restaurants in either direction along riverstone pkwy, or other places no further than 30 minutes drive. Room was perfect for me, only thing I was worried about was no safe in the room but wasn't too much of an issue, staff were great and very friendly, would stay there again

This is a really great hotel in a wonderful location.

I enjoyed this stay. For me, a good stay starts with the reception and the staff here were excellent and very attentive. The room was great, although a safe and better condition ironing board are needed. For Eco-Friendliness, the hotels scores badly. Good that the room wasn't made up each morning as this is unnecessary laundry. However, plastic cutlery wrapped in plastic wrappers and apples wrapped plastic cellophane is pointless and bad for the environment.

Really nice location, but a few teething problems. Hotel feels a bit tired and we had problems getting hot water for showers. Gym works but is a bit basic. Breakfast is typically expensive. The location makes up for the problems though. The walks around are great.
