A stunning property, very nice vibe, and the nicest lobby I have ever seen (photos don't do it justice). Staff are nice. However it is extremely expensive, with limited amenities (no hot tub or pool) and subpar dining...it's very possible they don't care what people think because they are the only restaurant and hotel for miles

This place is Wonderful. The person at the Réception speak French, which was wonderful for us She was very kind. Places very clean and specially when we receive, a welcome drink and some little thing to eat.

Small boutique hotel. On third floor of Columbia Icefields Discovery Centre. No pool or fitness centre but right at the ice field and tours leave from same location Restaurants on second floor of facility. Expensive but you are paying for location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and modern

This was a beautiful property at a good midway point of the Icefields Parkway. The lobby and patio view of the glacier is obviously the star of the hotel and it did not disappoint. We had a small issue with our room upon check in and Vanessa went above and beyond to resolve it making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We did the glacier tour the next morning after a fantastic breakfast at the restaurant. It was so quick and easy to have everything in one location. After the tour we picked up lunch in the cafe and hit the Parkway again do the second half. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and hope we have to the chance to stay here again one day.

The check in was smooth. Only the deadbolt of the door in my room cannot lock. And I found out there is a “Do not touch” sign on the thermostat on the wall when I want to increase the room temperature in the night. The front desk explained that they prepared a portable heater in my room and I can use it if I feel cold in the night. It’s frustrating that you spent so much money for one night and you even can’t lock your door securely and can’t adjust your room temperature by using the thermostat on the wall. The view is unbeatable if you sit in the lobby and the location is perfect if you want to stay close enough to glacier.

The view from the lobby was awesome, but it’s actually accessible for non hotel guests too. The stay was a bit pricey but room condition was nice. Very convenient to attend those Glacier activities.
