"My spouse and I stayed two nights. Check in night, the water was shut off while I was mid shower. It was off for a few hours. I paid $10 for a bottle in the lobby convenience store. Check out morning, it was off again. We called both times and were told we could use the casino restrooms. It would have been nice to at least be offered bottled water. We also had issues with the toilet, the handle was very finicky. The shower could use a good grout clean. The check-in, security, and convenience staff were all friendly. The location on the strip was good. However, my overall experience was not."
