"I called and asked for additional towels, after 4 phone calls and 3 hours later they gave us the hotel. After 10 minutes they came into the room and asked me when I am checking out. I will never stay here again "

"So this review is about Primm Valley resort not Buffalo Bills because when we went to Buffalo Bills it was closed and our reservation was changed to Primm Valley resort without our knowledge or email. It turned out fine but would have been nice to know ahead of time. The Primm Valley resort has been redone and is very nice. The Wyndham people have apparently purchased the State Line properties and hopefully will fix them up because there are a lot of concerts at Buffalo Bills that are worth...

"Sahara has always been a great place to stay, and I’ve consistently had good experiences here. This visit was no different overall, but the toilet flush in my room’s bathroom was a bit loose. Aside from that small issue, everything else was excellent as usual, and I’d definitely keep coming back."

"staff member was rude and inpatient when we asked questions about the deposit, he wasn’t able to fully explain it. The outside of the hotel looks nice but the rooms look old and my dad’s room shower wasn’t working properly."

"System went down at check in and it took 2 hours to get our room number. Upon walking into the room it smelled weird. Shower didn’t have a door and the water temperature was very inconsistent. The sink was leaking , the AC did not work well our room was warm the entire weekend. Probably one of if not the worst room I’ve ever stayed in Las Vegas (as someone who goes at least 3 times a year.) That being said, the location of the hotel is great and the staff members are amazing. I would not stay...

"Junior suite and standard room showers were very small, with very uncomfortable shower heads. Pool hours not good, ending at 6pm "

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
