"It was where I needed to be. Offered a fridge and coffee pot but fridge didn’t fully work right and coffee pot was full of water with mold floating in it. I dumped it and cleaned it to then find it didn’t work right and leaked out the back all over the place. Tried getting someone at the desk to help but could only leave a message. They did call back a couple hours later and eventually brought me a new one that worked. The set up of this hotel sucks especially if you are a smoker, took me 7 minutes to get outside to a smoking area from my room which I wasn’t happy about because in the beginning it was difficult to not get lost trying to get down there. I got a map and was pointed in the direction of my tower and told nothing else when I checked in. Had to call my significant other on the phone to try to look it up online to get me in the right place but then I literally couldn’t figure out the elevator! Thank God a couple ladies who’d been there a couple days already took pity on me and explained what I literally had to enter on the key pad to get it to work rather than just punch a floor number. Trust me I passed on the favor myself to several new comers also looking lost during my stay. Several food places, and stores seemed to always be closed even if the signs claimed they should be open, and all but the main casino was pretty much not functioning the whole time there. I did enjoy the gym there, it was nice and the bed wasn’t bad. "
