Absolutely no updates to the hotel. Looks like they’ve had the same carpet since it was established in the 70’s. No coffee, no microwave in the room and the mini fridge smelled like something died in it. Will never stay there again.

There was a creepy guy loitering right outside that made us nervous when we first arrived and their system had a problem with our reservation so it took about 30 minutes to check in. The room was relatively clean, but the toilet looked moldy. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but that seems to be common in Vegas. Our key cards simultaneously stopped working for some reason, and even in the limited interaction we had with other guests, we heard that their key cards stopped working and had to be replaced after two days too. The location was good for getting to the Las Vegas Conference Center, but other than that, it seemed more like a mid-to-low-quality motel instead of a hotel. But, if you don't mind a dingy motel feel, it is very affordable and we didn't see any bugs or stained sheets or sketchy people hanging around the property. 3/5 stars.

Very Nice place to stay. Great location. Located just East of the Wynn golf course, just South of the L.V. convention center, right by the monorail, & very close to the Sphere, as well. Stayed in room #3113, which was a top floor (3rd) middle unit on the south side (view of the Sphere). 5 nights in early-March 2026. Negatives: Older rooms with some cosmetic wear. Positives: Super easy check-in. Park out front & short walk to the front desk. Abundant free parking (and it's not a mile walk away, unlike the massive hotels). Super easy access to the rooms (no walking a mile thru a casino, up the elevator, another mile down the corridor, etc.) Room was quiet, clean, & comfortable. Big room with proper desk & chairs. Water was instant hot & seemed to be filtered for better water quality. Beds had firm & soft pillows for back & side sleepers. Free Wi-fi worked well. Big points for having a mini Fridge & USB ports at 3 locations for total of 6 plugs! Check-out was easy, just leave the key in the room. Also, for EV drivers there are 24/7 ChargePoint L2 chargers with 4 plugs just a 20 min walk south over at the Atomic Museum. Final thoughts: I liked this place a lot. It's not a bigger strip hotel with their amenities & distractions, but the cost & stress is much less. Great location in all ways that matter. It would be even better, if there were onsite EV chargers with a fair price per kW. Then, it would be perfect. We'll look for that, when we come back.

The stay at the Mardi Gras was wonderful. We were in town for a con and needed a comfortable place to rest, sleep and wash up. Not only did it meet those requirements, the staff at the front desk and bar area were incredibly helpful and kind. It really made us feel at home every time we went down for a drink or a bite. The beds were super comfortable too! One piece of feedback I do have is that, at least on our room, the bathtub had some issues draining. It took a bit long and we had to wait for that to finish before someone else could step in. The walls are also pretty thin so I would advise to keep that in mind if you’re a very light sleeper. Aside from those points, I would absolutely recommend it for someone looking for an affordable, cozy, spot to sleep, shower, and get a quick drink/food during your vegas convention hangouts.

The carpet in the room was dirty; we had to request cleaning three times. Many guests had to reprogram their keys because they stopped working daily. The room was for two people, and they only provided one chair. When we asked for an additional chair, they told us there weren't any more. Two lights in the room didn't work; we complained, but they were never repaired.

Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming. Property felt safe. Clean and great value for the price. Lots of space in room. Bed was very comfortable, black out curtains assured I got good rest. Quiet location at the hotel itself, highway sounds from outside could not be helped

The staff was top notch. I think they know this is an "economic option" for travelers and try to make up for it will service. It is dated. The rooms are not fancy at all but they are clean and the bed was comfy enough for a fussy traveler to sleep on night one. The 24 restaurant was not kidding when they had a limited menu when we got there at 2 AM. All they had was pepperoni pizza. That said, best damn 2 AM pizza I had outside of NY. Coffee was really good as well. Missed the buffet on day 1 but the restaurant was better than expected and again very attentive staff. We did make the buffet on day 2 and it was good standard fare. Again service was excellent. Would we stay here again? Maybe. I wouldn't say no in a pinch. At night the area is a little sketchy, especially by the 7-Eleven.
