"Check-in was extended because the desk attendant was training and didn't know how charge for a dog. There was long dark hair all over our linens and towels. We had no facial tissues or an extra roll of toilet paper. We only had three sets of towels and there were 5 of us staying there. Even the default setting should have been 4. There was no additional bedding for the pullout bed aside from a hairy pillow. There were crusty stains all over the carpet. So gross. The 2nd night our toilet clogged and when we asked for a plunger the front desk attendant told us we would need to MOVE ROOMS because the maintenance closet was locked. But, as soon as my white husband complained suddenly he remembered where to find one. We asked for more blankets and they didn't have any. Friday morning breakfast a lot of foods were not replenished leaving very few options to actually eat anything. The elevator was Sus. It made weird noises and shook when you stepped in. They did let us extend for a late noon checkout. So, cool."
