"Found dead bugs; no other towels, bed sheets, or toiletries. No clean supplies available, and no one is coming to clean the place, especially since staying in the place for a long time."

"The location was convenient, with several restaurants within easy walking distance.
The studio matched the listing, with a bed, pullout couch, TV, small dining table, kitchenette, and standing mirror in one open room. It was mostly clean, although we did find a fake fingernail near the couch.
The space felt functional rather than thoughtfully finished. There were adhesive strips and nails still on the walls where artwork appeared to have been removed.
Our room overlooked a busy intersection, so...
