"Garage key didn’t work so I had to park on the street until someone would answer the phone. Car was towed and after retrieving the car it still took three hours to get a working garage key "

"This is a very difficult place to stay if you have luggage. It’s on the second floor. You have to carry all your stuff up. There is no parking our room had a Murphy’s bed and the bathroom and shower was despicable."
