"Clean room "

"Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable bed. My rm 416 was very very tiny. Seemed like a maintenance closet was turned into a guest room. Other than that the stay was very accommodating. "

"My room and the staff were absolutely amazing. This is my second time staying at this hotel and it never disappoints. One thing that I didn’t realize is that you have to request housekeeping services if you are staying for several days. No fault of the hotels though. I just didn’t know. However, I will for sure to be back to my hometown and when I do, Derby City is where I’ll be staying!"

"Hotel was located close enough to walk to Main street. Room was clean. Front desk employees were very nice. Only downside:Shower was very slippery and water seeped out the bottom of the shower door. I reported it and the slowly draining sink to the front desk when we left. "

"Within walking distance to many downtown sights. Comfortable rooms. The staff was great. They made us feel welcome."
