"Very spacious clean old house apartments"

"Had a great stay! I hosted a birthday dinner for my best friend! Everything was clean and looked great"

"We had a nice stay, close to things we wanted to do"

"Apartment was wonderful! Very spacious and lots of furniture. Had a flat screen in the living room and bedroom that included Netflix and Prime. Air conditioner worked very well. Was very quiet and in a good location. Property manager was very friendly. There was even a very nice tea selection included with our stay. All amenities including, fridge, sinks, countertop burner, shower, washer, dryer, and toilet worked with no issues. All the dishes and mugs were clean. Plenty of towels to use during...

"We enjoyed our stay very much! The place was very cute and conveniently located to explore Defiance! We will look to stay here again in the future!"

"I can not say enough about this beautiful historical property. We stayed in The Farmhouse in The Ruebling House. The owner has properly executed the farmhouse theme. The property features a few rentals in this home. Each rental is separate from each other and offers plenty of privacy from the other guests in the house. "Everything was great with this place"

"Do not stay here, the host never responded to any messages and we were unable to checkin. We were left seeking other accommodations after hotels.com took almost full payment for a months stay from us and has yet to return it because “they cannot reach the host” . This is a lot of money to be held from us unavailable to make another booking to replace this one. It has been almost 2 months and hotels.com is not responding to my emails about my refund. "

"The quality was well below what I expected for the price being charged. The room was dirty. At least the management team promptly refunded me. I got a luxury suite for 1/3 less a few miles away."
