"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay! The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish and made everything very easy. The location was perfect—very convenient to the Expo Center, where our event was located - and the house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We did run into one minor issue during our stay, but the host responded immediately and resolved it right away. That level of responsiveness was greatly appreciated. "This place is terrible! There was a power line and downed trees in front of the front door. Wild animals entering the property. Contacted the property owners via text which was their preferred method and after I sent them pics, they stopped communicating. Had to contact Hotels.com to reach out to them and finally they responded to them. After 4.5 hours after our check-in time, at 9pm, did they find a “solution”. I had to find additional accommodations as I have children and it was late after...
