"Buffet was VERY pricy - but it offered a lot of food. staff in the restaurant was hit-or-miss with regard to service. Everyone was friendly - but there were a couple people who were a bit clueless and wait times for food was generally long.
We did have a rather unfortunate experience with a fire alarm with evacuation happening at 3 am....and we were staying there with what felt like 5 billion teenagers at their conference. They were polite but entirely overwhelming and elevator waits were sometimes over ten minutes long, even though the elevators were the fastest elevators I've ever ridden. I think they were just overwhlemed. Fastest and cleanest room turnover/cleaning I've seen in DECADES."
"I spent two nights at the Omni and truly did not want to leave. My visit was exceptional from start to finish.
My room was clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable, and the amenities were outstanding. The ambiance was so inviting that I found it hard to leave, though I was in town for a conference and spent much of my time on the mezzanine level. That space was also beautifully designed, comfortable, and very appealing.
I ordered in-room dining, which arrived quickly, and everything was flavorful and perfectly prepared. Jessica from in-room dining took my order and even called after delivery to make sure everything was correct. She was professional, thoughtful, and attentive. The staff member who delivered my food was also incredibly kind and professional, and I wish I had caught his name.
The front desk team was excellent at both check-in and checkout, making the entire experience seamless.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Omni for its cleanliness, amenities, beautiful guest rooms, and exceptional staff. If I’m ever in Louisville again, I would absolutely stay here."
"Breakfast was excellent!!!! We understand that it is an older hotel, however the TV was tiny and all the cords hanging down took away from the charm. The furnishings in the room could be updated, but it was still very very nice.
Staff was GREAT! Restaurants also wonderful, clean, great service and great food."
"The staff were excellent! Friendly and helpful. The Drury Inn is lucky to have such great staff. From the gal that checked us in to the staff that puts out the food etc.
They made us feel welcome and comfortable."
"Room needs to have carpet replaced. It was so filthy the bottom of my feet turned black. There us mold around the windows and on the curtains. The bathroom needs updated. There was no mat to put inside the tub and it was very slippery. It was a very old tub. Won't stay there again."
"Complimentary breakfast had a really good variety and options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was effortless and clear with hotel amenities. The room was clean and fresh; bathrooms were well kept. I mattress was definitely starting to wear out but still sleep able. "
