"Great breakfast, nice staff!"

"Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. "

"The room was small. No chair, no couch, no place to put luggage out of the way. The shower stall door was broken and the bathroom was very small with no room to move around with two people. My husband fixed the blind in our room because it was broken. The water took 30 sec or more to get hot. Loved the breakfast."

"The cooling system in the room was very loud. Kept me awake. Sheets were scratchy, not what one would expect from a luxury brand hotel. Beautiful spotlessly clean. Overall, update the rooms."

"The staff really make this place stand out. It’s different and very cool. I loved that I could bike to the bike path and hike up in Wiessner Woods without getting in the car. Lots of great restaurants nearby. I had a Stuga cabin which was excellent."

"We stayed on a nice that had high humidity and hot temps. We attended a graduation, so it was very late when we got to the room. We noticed the A/C was not working, we spoke to the desk person. They explained how to reset the A/C in the room. We did that and still not working. We spoke to the desk again and was told to give it a half hour or more and if it doesnt work then they would give us another room. Well by then it was almost midnight and the kids had fallen asleep. So we didnt change...

"Fine hotel, although checkin staff were not very friendly or responsive. In the morning no hot water in the shower, which they just shrugged off when I told them. Breakfast is fine, rooms are clean and comfortable. With hot water it would have been nice!"

"We are so glad we stayed here. Definitely coming back. The pool and property was especially enjoyable for our family. Extremely quiet and well maintained grounds. The whole staff is terrific. They are lovely caring people. Every inch of this property is very clean and well cared for. Quite impressed with the value here. See you soon!"

"Wir hatten die Einheit 7 (The Lounge), es war wunderschön und liebevoll vorbereitet für uns. Es war alles da, was man braucht, auch zum Kochen. DAs Haus ist an der Hauptstraße gelegen, mit Geschäften, Cafes und Restaurants. Die Geschäfte schließen um 5 pm (im Mai). In der Umgebung kann man auch viele Aktivitäten machen. Wir können das Butler House wärmstens empfehlen."

"No gym on the premises and the door to our room opened and closed really hard. The heat/air conditioner was confusing from lower floor to top floor. The room was gorgeous though and the wedding we were there for was great. Super fun spacious 2-floor room. Very nice! Walking distance to a lot of places nearby too."
