Check in lobby is on level 6. There is a concierge on level 1. The front desk personnel spoke English well and was friendly. My check in and out progress were easy and fast. Ocean Suites Jeju Hotel
Great view and big room. Comfortable and clean. Only downside for us was that the toilet water pipe was making a constant noise due to water pressure throughout the day, but that was not a big issue to be fair
