I had to engage him multiple times for things that I expected in any hotel. If not for the location of the hotel, I would have left that same night. Also, please provide bi-lingual assistance. I could not use facilities without translator or help. "

"It has nice garden and ocean view but there are only two always emptied restaurants so I needed to go out for dinner or drinks. Regarding amenities, there are only shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. There is not bath towel which is basic item. :("
