Then our room keys stopped working, not once but twice. Also, there were no face cloths and the beds didn't have nightstands. Staff also told us that the laundromat was open 24 hours but we got kicked out at midnight!"

"A resort hotel that’s well connected to many places of interest. Dining, shopping and entertainment all under one roof. Staff however lacks English proficiency, Google translate wasn’t very helpful either."

"Its a very big property with a small theme park, water park, many food options, 2 small convenience stores. Apartments are large,new, modern design, well furnished, perfect for family with children, well designed. Kitchen has basic utensils and cooking pots and pans.No laundry detergent or dish scrub. We really enjoyed our stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Josun. From the moment we pulled up our car, someone greeted us and help us bring in our luggage. For the money that we paid, we expected the room to be newer/nicer. Room needed a refresh - wall had tape on it to seal up possible marks or cracks, paint was peeling off and areas were yellow. "This hotel is a joke, excellent photoshop! The only good thing are the staff they amazing!!! But the hotel itself is old really used up, shows many signs of tear. Additionally nobody shows you the lovely view of the mountain that instead shows massive greenhouses. The location is on the side. Hotel offer minimum amenities and the breakfast are really poor cheap quality. There have been number of alternatives that I would highly recommend. As a foreigner / tourist you can get much better deals...
