"All great and gotten an upgrade too. Definitely will choose this again"

"The hotel was exceptional. We stayed in Hwa C hanok which came with two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. It also came with 2 small bathrooms which was a pleasant surprise. Check in was very easy, laundry cost 3000won for wash and 3000won for dry and detergent was included so it was very easy to use. It was such a beautiful hotel, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

"As the resort is large property, it takes lots of walking to get to where you are going. Eat in and take a way rules are difficult"

"Beautiful lobby with a luggage weighing scale. Room was clean and spacious. There was a sitting area and table/chair. Bathroom was also very nice and toilet flushes well. Lots of eateries and shops in the area. City bus transit that leads to airport just outside the hotel. (Airport limousine is a further distance away - at least 12 minutes walk which we did when arriving but had uphill walks. We opted to do the city bus leaving instead)."
