"We stayed for two nights and appreciated the hotel’s sea view and convenient location—just a 15-minute drive from Jeju Airport and close to many tourist attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, we had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff on our departure day. We had an early morning flight, and the staff offered to book a taxi for us, assuring it would take around 10 minutes. "Beautiful place to stay, amazing pool, hospitality was perfect, authentic korean breakfast and perfect location to explore Udo from. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the island. Really reocmmend staying in Udo overnight when it’s quieter from tourists and this place was such a lovely location to stay. Would absolutely love to return. Thank you so much for our stay!"

"I stayed 5 nights in Jeju and to save driving time, stayed at different hotels as I moved around the island. This i the only hotel, that I oul stay at again in Jeju. Staff, from check in to breakfast and housekeeping, were excellent. Very friendly, courteous and all around nice. Would definitely stay here again basd on all the above factors."

"숙소 바로 앞에 뷰가 매우 좋은 바다가 있지만 그 외 편의시설은 차로 이동해야 합니다. 하지만 조용하고 깨끗한 숙소로 매우 만족했습니다. 부모님 모시고 간 여행이었는데 1,2층 침실이 나뉘어 있어 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 화장실은 1층에 1개 있습니다. 같이 운영하시는 카페도 깨끗하고 편안했으며 음료도 맛있었습니다. 여름철엔 패들보드도 무료대여라고 하니 여름에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다!!"

"번화가 중심에 있어 이동하기 좋고 프론트 직원분께서 주차등록도 해주셔서 편하게 출입 할 수 있었어요! 수건도 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 저층을 배정받았는데 밤에는 번화가앞이라 유동인구가 많아 조금 시끄러웠지만 문제될건 없었습니다. 재방문 의사도 있습니다!"

"저렴한 가격임에도 불구하고 아이를 위한 세심한 배려에 정말 감동했습니다. 아기 가드와 아기 욕조까지 미리 준비되어 있어 아기와 함께 편안하게 쉴 수 있었어요. 덕분에 가족 모두 좋은 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 또한 체크인 시 직접 방까지 안내해 주신 조혜림 지배인님께 진심으로 감사드립니다. 특히 저녁에 무엇을 먹을지 고민이 많았는데, 관광객의 시선이 아닌 지역 주민의 입장에서 맛집을 추천해 주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 덕분에 좋은 식사와 특별한 경험을 할 수 있었습니다. 세심한 서비스와 진심 어린 응대에 깊이 감사드리며, 다음에 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다."
