"온수 풀 좋았고 숙소도 아늑했어요. 다만 오래 머물렀는데 수건을 문앞에 갔다주는거 외에는 따로 청소 서비스는 없었고 나갈때 쓰레기통을 숙박객에게 비우고 가라고 하는건 저렴한 숙소도 아닌데 좀 너무한 거 같아요."

"도착 무더운 첫날, 에어컨이 동작하지 않아 애를 먹었습니다. 알고보니, 벽에있는 콘트롤러를 함께 작동해야 되는 것이었는데..제대로 안내가 되지 않아 전화를 걸어 신고를 하고서야 문제가 해결되었습니다. 다음은 TV 리모콘의 건전지가 다 닳아서 작동이 되지 않아 다음 날, 조치 받았습니다. 또한 방에 설치되어있는 와이파이가 제대로 작동하지 않아, 컴퓨터를 개인 스마트폰 핫스팟으로 해결하였고, 다음날 신고를 해서 오후 늦게 설치기사가 나와 임시로 개통하였습니다. 총체적으로, 손님이 바뀔 때, 기존 시설에 대한 점검을 하고, 새로운 손님을 받아야 하는데, 그런 부분에서 제대로 관리가 되지 않습니다. 스위스 마을의 랜드마크인 시계탑의 시계가 시간이 맞지 않은 채 방치되어 있고, 각 동의 1층의 상점 영업이 전혀 이루어지지 않는 것으로 보아, 코로나의 후유증이기도 하겠으나, 단지 자체가 관리가 되지 않고 죽어가고 있는 듯 합니다. 묵지는 마시고 사진이나 몇 장 찍는 것으로 방문하시기 바랍니다."

"It was absolutely beautiful and peaceful stay. The house was clean and big enough for three people. The town was also very quite so I was able to hear some sounds only from the nature which I like the most about this house! I will definitely come back :) "

"Nice spacious accommodation and very quiet. Quite out the way location wise, so something to be considered. Gym not great (old, not so clean) if that matters. Overall however great place to sleep and make base if you have vehicle. "

He gave us recommendations about local eats and even lit a firepit up for us to use one night. Would definitely be back to stay if I'm ever in Jeju again!"

"펜션 모습에 어울리는 가성비 좋은 객실이었습니다. 객실상태도 좋고 필요한 설비는 다 있었습니다. 사먹지 않고 직접 바베큐를 하신다면 좋은 장소입니다. 방에 온돌 사용하는 방법과 wifi 인터넷 사용하는 방법이 적혀 있으면 더 좋을 것 같습니다."

"Only stayed here 1 night, but it was a memorable one! The husband & wife we're excellent, kind hosts & made us feel welcomed from the start. It wasn't included but they made us breakfast in the morning anyways, which was truly appreciated. They made us feel like we were part of their family. It was a shame we didn't stay longer."

"This place is very difficult to find. The phone number on hotels.com is not registered with the address, so it will be difficult to locate even when using GPS. By public bus, I think the bus only operates twice a day and probably does not operate on Sundays. it is just a waste that such a wonderful experience was hampered by the difficulty to look for the location. "Bright, airy, cheerful, spacious...comfortably accommodated our family of five, with room for the youngest to do cartwheels in the living room. Some signs of wear on the cupboard doors and such just beginning, a bit of mold starting in the bathroom grout, but the sliding doors and windows seem new, sturdy, and function smoothly, and overall cleanliness very good. "Korean style mattresses can be a little hard for westerners, but the rooms, staff, facilities, amd area are all so amazing that its easy to overlook a harder mattress than i am used to! Wonderful stay!"
