Hotel położony jest w dogodnym miejscu , blisko Karpacza , Szklarskiej Poręby, do Czech tez nie jest daleko, obsługa bardzo pomocna i miła , pokoje bardzo wygodne i czyste, śniadanko pyszne, napewno wrócimy tu jeszcze .

Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und Abendküche. Beim Frühstück war alles dabei. Schöne niedliche Spielecke für Kinder. Leider gab es immer Probleme mit dem Kaffee....Frühstückspersonal zu oft nur kichernd am Handy. Macht dann nicht so einen schönen EWindruck bei den Gästen. Sonst war der Aufenthalt gut. Sehr schön war auch das grosse Schwimmbad in der Nähe.

Sfeervol gezellig hotel.

Sfeervol gezellig oud hotel, gelegen naast een park in rustige omgeving. De kamer was schoon en er was een balkon met zitje en prachtig uitzicht. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en heel smakelijk. De koffie was echter niet te drinken (maar dat is in geen enkel hotel in Polen). Heel vriendelijk personeel. Een aanrader.

Wir haben einen positiven Eindruck von dem Hotel gehabt, ein Punkt möchten wir aber anmerken: wir haben leider kein WLAN Empfang in unserer Zimmer im Hotelflur und Lobbybereich war alles in Ordnung.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Als Großeltern beschlossen wir, mit unserem Enkel Luca eine Kurzreise nach Karpacz zu unternehmen. Das Hotel Bella - im Ortsteil Warmbrunn - war deshalb so interessant für uns, da dort - man muss nur durch den Kurpark laufen - das wunderschöne Thermalbad " Bad Warmbrunn " in fünf Minuten zu erreichen ist. Alles hat uns in diesem Hotel gefallen. Die Unterbringung, die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Sauberkeit, die Lage des Hotels. Wir bedanken uns bei dem gesamten Personal, welches uns über 4 wunderschöne erholsame Tage begleitet hat. Besonderen Dank gilt Joanna, die immer freundliche Worte und Zeit für unsere Anliegen hatte.
