"This hotel was very centrally located and had specious rooms. The Riccarton Mall was within walking distance and had many stores, restaurants and even a grocery store. The hotel room had a kitchen and it was easy to cook meals. "

"Love the shuttle service to the airport. Mum was nit able to use the shower over the bath and would have had difficulty getting to second level. Thankfully able to change rooms. Restaurant had lively food however the poor staff member was very busy. "

"The room is clean. Walk 1.2 km to the nearly shopping centre or cafe. The hotel provides buffets breakfast only. The in-room service system didn’t work either. Love the welcome cookies. The Asian staff is particularly nice and very helpful."

"Super convenient location across the road from the mall, fast food, and supermarket. Very quiet even being in a busy area and on a main road over a weekend. Comfortable warm room with all amenities.
