Good central hotel close to Hanok village, restaurants bars convenience stores all close. Only thing with check in, we arrived 2.30 check in 3, they ask everyone to wait until 3 so at 3 o’clock so when open it is chaos all check in, so then it took about an hour in line for us to get to room, stupidity on every level, just let people access their room if available like every other hotel does around the world, or is this a thing for South Korea or just this hotel very very bad way to start visit needs to be addressed, apart from terrible check in everything else good

Clean , quiet and great location.
Very short walking distance to many tourist destination .
The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, which made my stay very pleasant. I wish I could have stayed longer. Its location in Jeonju Hanok Village was also very convenient.
The Lahan Hotel is in an excellent location for access to the village. The staff were super friendly and the service was outstanding. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Can't beat the location of this hotel and we were really pleased with the size and set up of our room. Only reason for one less star was staff were unnecessarily difficult (we arrived at 2:23 and were told we'd have to wait until 2:30 for check in - all seemed very unnecessary)
Very convenient to the Hanok area and cafes/restaurants. Sweet library and cafe. Good price.
The aesthetics is functional. Feels more like upper end 3star.
The hotel offer excellent bird-eye view of the village. It is well worth it to pay to get a room with the view, with the sunset as the backdrop. Excellent location, 10 mins taxi from the bus terminal, with modern amenities. Room is clean, spacious and functionally basic. Find it strange that front line staff is quite inflexible that insists on everyone to queue up to check in only after 230pm, even when we arrived at 215pm. Even though it is quite clear the room are already available, and they just do not want to process it. So you see many people loitering around the lobby area, the staff all getting ready behind the desk and not doing anything, and then everyone formed a long q at 230pm just to check in. Quite inflexible, otherwise, choose this hotel for comfort, and unbeatable location.
Ideal location inside the Hanok Village. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. We can’t wait to come back again soon!!!
Convenient locationand easy access to Hanok village! The staff was kind and nice. I bring a group of people here each year and they enjoy this hotel very much!!
The place was very clean thanks to good housekeeping, and its location inside the Hanok Village made it very convenient to get around. However, when using the shower booth, a lot of water spilled outside, so I hope this can be improved. In general, it was excellent!
