Hotel muito bom; preços abusivos na cidade

Nada a reclamar. O café da manhã é muito agradável, pois é servido de frente à praia. O quarto em que fiquei era amplo, simples e aconchegante. A localização é muito boa e a limpeza do hotel não deixa margem a crítica. Eu recomendo o hotel. Contudo, deve ser feita uma ressalva quanto a Jericoacoara: prepare-se para preços abusivos em restaurantes, passeios e lojas. O turista em Jericoacoara é visto como uma carteira, tratado como um objeto a ser explorado ao máximo. Apesar de encantadora a cidade e de belíssimo o Parque Nacional, os preços cobrados são injustificáveis, sendo mais econômico viajar ao exterior do que conhecer o próprio país.

Bom hotel em Jericoacoara, com alguns problemas

O melhor do Hotel é a localização durante o em frente à praia e a simpatia dos funcionários, dos quais destacaria o Francisco. Desjejum muito bom e variado. Lanches muito bons. O pior paradoxalmente é a localização à noite pois dos quartos se escuta música alta de bares e restaurantes próximos. Faltou água - a caixa d'água teve que ser lavada no período de nossa hospedagem e ficamos sem água no quarto em alguns períodos (o que foi agravado por problemas fora do hotel). Menu degustação fica devendo em qualidade. Também fica devendo em mais árvores e sombra em frente a praia. A piscina estava limpa. É pequena mas muito refrescante. O quarto em si é muito pequeno e não tem armário, apenas um pequeno espaço com cabides. Tem frigobar no quarto. Banheiro é bom e tem o necessário. Tem roupão no banheiro mas não se presta para enxugar. As toalhas são razoáveis.

Hotel agradável porém com acesso somente pela praia, o que dificulta a chegada e saída com malas. Limpeza ficou um pouco a desejar, banheiro entupido desde a chegada, muitas moscas no café da manhã. Cama boa porém pequena, ar condicionado mal dimensionado e posicionado no quarto. Cardápio bom ! Em resumo, pelo valor pago esperava um pouco mais !

Muito lindo, em frente a melhor parte da praia, confortavel, so tive problema no cafe da manha, a moça que fazia crepes errou 2 x meu pedido e ainda foi grossa comigo, me deixou constrangida e fiquei sem cafe da manha, mas tirando esse unico problema o hotel é otimo, vale a pena.

Nossa suíte estava em precárias condições. Tinha vazamento da suíte de cima, a porta do banheiro não fechava, tv a cabo e interfone sem funcionar. Na saída tivemos problemas onde nos levaram com as bagagens em local que não passava o transfer para estacionamento e queriam nos deixar ali. Experiência muito ruim.

My worst hotel experience in my life

The hotel didn’t have the room I booked. Instead they offered me a room less than half the size of the one I booked and a 10% discount as a courtesy. I had to change hotels and they even didn’t want to give my money back. I had to go back to the hotel several times to argue and ask for reimbursement but they wanted to charge me even thought they didn’t have the room I booked. Staff in reception was totally incompetent, receptionist insisted in repeating “I don’t have any information” and one of their managers said charging me the 3 nights was “the information she had”. They made me feel like my money was literally been stolen from me, a horrible experience to have during your vacation. Positive aspects: very close to the beach and amazing bar and porter staff.

Lugar increíble. Todo muy bello. Lo que si molesta un poco, es que el hotel queda alado de un pub o disco (no lo tengo claro) y la música más bulla, de jueves a sábado es insoportable. Apagan la música a las 2 am. Fuera de eso, todo OK.

Fantastiskt ställe!

Vi hade en helt perfekt vistelse på Casa Na Praia. Allt var bra!! Läget, poolområdet, frukosten, resturangen, rummen, helheten. Och personalen var helt fantastiskt! Vi kunde inte varit med nöjda! Kommer absolut bo här igen om vi kommer tillbaka till Jeri. Och rekommenderar alla att boka detta hotell!
