"I couldn’t check in as nothing was in English, I had to call a friend to come help me with the process which was all in Hebrew. No one on the property spoke English, the first room was in the basement and the other people down there had a barking dog, the others were playing music and were loud. I was “upgraded” only because my friend was there to talk to the property manager, no one answered my contact through Expedia, the other room was dirty and dusty, the lock wasn’t working so I couldn’t leave until someone came to address that. The room was then cleaned up, there was even snots wiped on the walls of the bedroom that had been there for quite some time. Overall, I was terribly disappointed as the place was advertised using new photos and the property was filthy outside, hard to find, and impossible to communicate. I have pictures of it all. "
