かなり見つけにくいが、ロケーションは旧市街に近く抜群です。総合的には値段相応だと思います。スタッフは気さくで親切であったが、常駐しているわけではない。

the hotel owner? is not normal… when I got this hotel there was a couple(young boy and young girl) in my room they have a plastic card with the number of the room(although not working as key) but my key? is just a small yellow paper with the number of the room, I did try to contact with hotel owner many times, but nothing nothing nothing… he did reply me next morning… so I must left from the hotel, was no any room there. I did notice that he has taken over booking, so naturally I thought I can get the money back on that, but he said I already got this money, that means this money is mine! haaa…. I was not able to believe that… he is not normal… the photos of the hotel are probably from 30-50 years ago, broken… rusts…. quite a lot of raw garbages… a lot of slugs… here is not a hotel but a pig breeding shed

We’ve moved to the hotel. Everything is incorrect on the description. The sound on the tv doesn’t work. It’s not 2 bedroom bed, but 1.5 bedroom bed. The reception is not 24/7 and the representative are never there. The a/c doesn’t work inside the capsules. The capsules are not soundproof and we cannot sleep here because of the people walking around and people are talking. Everything is very much hearable. We cannot lock our doors and there is not place for our baggage to leave. Representatives walking around knocking and opening doors for some reason. Everyday in the shower area overflowing in the main corridor and it smells like pee and poop. So if you want to use the restroom you have to walk through someone’s pee. People who live there coughing around like they are going to die from tuberculosis. I moved out on the 3rd day out of 9 days they promised to give me the refund if someone moves in to my capsule. Someone did move in but there was no refund following.

El concepto es excelente, las camas impecables de limpias. El personal muy atentos a nuestras necesidades, el servicio de regaderas y baños miy bueno. Solo yo le pondria mas atención a la limpieza de la puerta de entrada, al techo de la recepcion, hay muchos cables visibles que no le dan buen aspecto. En ceneral lo recomiendo.

Ok but could be a lot better.

This hostel is ok but good be a lot better. The location is good for the transport system and visiting the old town. Nice alley way /court yard. The capsule's give you a bit of privacy and have aircon with built in lights and USB charging. Pellows are very soft. Not the cleanest of bedding.The lighting in the dorm where the capsule are is very dim Very annoying to try and sort your stuf out. The kitchen is not a kitchen, you won't be able to cook. A kettle, fridge and microwave with a sink. The showers are very hot with good pressure. Its ok to stay here for a night or 2 but wouldn't recommend a long stay.

It is not a property that seals the outdoors out. I got bitten by several mosquitos and the wifi was on and off the whole tome I was there. The capsules are a cool concept, but here they are poor executed. It gets super hot and is just a bad experience all around. The staff are lovely, but I would advise against staying here

Lots to improve

Bed is very uncomfortable, basically a very thin fouton on a hard surface.. and there is virtually no space in the room not even to keep a toiletries' bag No noise insulation whatsoever you could hear everything and everyone. Only one small lockers given per capsule (not enough lockers for all either) so most of our items had to be left outside in the hallway resulting in that area being filled with people's suitcases and belonging. Messy and unsafe. Also the hallway is kept dark for sleeping throughout the day so you can't ever see what you are doing and have to carry your phone's flashlight to even grab your toothbrush. Reception not manned - the guys are helpful but barely there, we had to wait over an hour when checking in to ask questions and get a locker key, we gave a deposit for the key but nobody was there at check out time to give that money back to us. Toilets and showers nice and cleaned.

Awful stay

Very bad experience. The facility is very dirty and old, no one in the reception ever, no locker for backpacks, the matress was maybe 3cm tall (we slept 3hours during the all night) and, in the room of the capsule there was a very big rat. Really awful experience, the worst of my life, during our trip! We had a 3 days stay but we left after one. Still waiting for the refund of the last night.

Super cool

Super cool capsule, which is a comfortable sleep. Clean toilets and a shower, which work. I am satisfied with my experience and would recommend if you're looking for an affordable place to stay in Jerusalem.
