"This is definitely NOT a 3-star hotel. Although they appear to be doing some work exterior, the interior needs a lot of updating and fixing. Our room had wallpaper coming down on the walls and cracks in the ceiling. The flooring was all dug into with lots of drag marks which I was concerned they would try to bring back on the guest. The hair dryer in the bathroom was very old and weak. I would say the most disappointing item about the hotel was the breakfast buffet. With just one waffle...

"This hotel was one of the best in which I have stayed. Us three adults were very comfortable in the massively comfortable beds (even the trundle), and we had space in the room the move around and not bump into each other. Sleep in a hotel room is important, and it was quiet and dark enough to do just that. The mini fridge, the microwave, the iron, the ironing board, and the blow dryer were all used and worked and were a God-send to these under-packed travelers. Everything from the bedside lamp...

"The staff was rude and when I requested creamer for the coffee during the breakfast time the staff refused. I also requested towels because housekeeping never cleaned room. I took the garbage out myself and was told by staff that we had the do not disturb sign on - which was a lie. The do not disturb sign layed on dresser the entire time. Then when I asked for towels they refused to give me any!!!!!!!!!!! We had to go to my sons to take a shower because we did not have towels!!!!!!!"

"The staff was great. Specifically, the front desk staff. However, the furniture in the living room/sitting area was filthy. The ottoman, sofa & chair appeared to be taken from the local trash or dump site. We refuse to sit on it. And the toilet barely flushed. I have photos if needed. I regret sending such a negative review but I felt it was imperative to do so."

"This facility is in need of a remodel. It is showing its age and really needs a face lift. The staff is was exceptional. There was a problem with our first room and we were moved to a room for the night. The next morning we were moved to a room comparable to what was book. The staff is doing the best in a facility that needs help. This is my third stay on the past 6 months. It is convenient and the staff is great."
