El trato de Sonia y Joe es muy bueno. Son cercanos y siempre ofrecen ayuda. La localización es muy buena, con un paseo muy agradable justo detrás de la casa a lo largo de la bahía. La parte exterior de la casa y la zona de patio y bbq están genial. El apartamento por dentro es antiguo. Sería importante reformarlo, sobre todo el baño. El desayuno te lo tienes que preparar tú pero había muchas cosas en la cocina y frigorífico preparadas por los anfitriones. Cama cómoda. Recomendable.

Enjoyed our second stay. Would suggest though, more comfortable seating in the studio ie small settee, rather than the two chairs provided., which are not comfortable for relaxing and watching tv.

Staff were welcoming. Facilities were great. A lovely quiet location. A lot of thought has gone into providing provisions that travellers may have forgotten. Maybe the shower floor needs some renovation as water tended to pool quite a bit. Food provided was excellent.

Sonia the host was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and modern rooms, exceptional breakfast and welcoming basket. Comfy bed, quiet and private, everything you need with toiletries and we’ll stocked kitchen cupboard. Lots of hot water when showering though a bit variable if the other unit is showering at the same time as is pretty normal. Good central location for us to explore Jervis Bay, and from Berry down to Ulladulla. Highly recommended.

Clean, well furnished room with private garden and BBQ. The owners really looked after us and were very warm and friendly. Great location next to the lagoon in Sanctuary Point. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect stay. Sonia and Joe have this spot on - everything has been thought of down to an outside torch for pottering back from the shoreline outside after you’ve watched the beautiful sunset over the water. Welcoming yet discrete, helpful and friendly. This is a great place to stay and enjoy the area or just chill.

Nice place on the water

My husband and I had a pleasant stay at The Sanctuary. We enjoyed riding around on the bikes which were provided. The surrounding area was beautiful and interesting to explore.

Our hosts Sonia & Joe were amazing. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable during our stay. The studio was exremely clean, great amenities and very homely. The breakfast basket full of yummy goodies was incredible and more than sufficient. Property is in a great location, extremely serene surrounds with easy parking and access. The property backs onto a walking trail around the basin and is very central to shops and local club and attractions. We would definetely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing break. Thanks Sonia and Joe, we will certainly be back for another visit hopefully soon!

Beautiful studio in quiet spot

Updated and nicely decorated studio in quiet residential area very close to the water. The breakfast hamper was very generous and breakfast by the water is a must. Similarly, a bottle of wine watching the sun set into the water is a winner! We didn’t realise from the photos that the studio was part of the owners residential home but they were very nice and welcoming and otherwise let us keep to ourselves. The lack of a bathroom door so close to the bed meant a new level of intimacy and necessitated a code-word for a little privacy & to keep some romance in the relationship. Bed was very comfortable and overall a sweet studio. The National Park & famous Hyams Beach are great for beach and hiking day trips and there are some great restaurants in nearby Husskinson.

A lovely self-contained apartment a Sanctuary Point. Very comfortable including the bed. The breakfast foods supplied were amazing - everything you could want. The owners who live in the adjacent house were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a lovely walk around the lake/inlet accessed from the back of the property and a bench to sit and watch the sun set while the ducks swim by. Easy access to Jervis Bay etc. Thoroughly recommended.

A beautiful spot! Our hosts were so lovely and our accommodation was perfect. All of the extras were greatly appreciated such as bikes, kayaks, food basket, food in the fridge, shampoo & conditioner etc. We felt like we had absolute privacy which is exactly what we wanted :-)

Sonia and Joe are lovely and considerate.They made us feel welcome and at home .They wrote us local attractions and eateries place that made our trip much easier.They are very thoughtful and provide every necessity for your stay from breakfast , everyday use to bikes and kayak.The room is clean with a kitchen . Morning and evening walk along the beach is what we miss so much after we are back. Sitting in front of the house to see the stunning sunset is just enjoyable and relaxing.

A lovely B & B in a stunning location

It was a lovely B & B, great location and very friendly owners. The mountain bikes and kyaks to use were a lovely surprise. The breakfast was fantastic and abundant. I'd like to say I'd stay there again, however, the water pressure and temperature of the shower was very poor and hard to get right. Plus the security light kept coming on during the night and interrupting my sleep.

Everything you need!

From the moment my partner and I arrived, we felt like we were at home. Our hosts Sonia and Joe were so helpful and welcoming. They provided so much useful information and gave us an idea on where to go and what to do. We even got to use their bikes and had a nice ride around the lake. The place was cosy for a couple and had all the necessities. I even borrowed a beach towel because I forgot to bring my own haha. Everything was perfect from start to end and will definitely come back for another weekend sometime in the future. Thank you again Joe and Sonia! You guys are awesome!

Great location, fantastic hospitality

Really enjoyed our stay over a four day getaway. The apartment was modern, clean and close to everything we needed. The views of the bay are fantastic and the sunsets are amazing you never want to leave.
