"Great hotel suites with an amazing staff and large variety of breakfast food. The location is a half block from tram and major bus stops. Easy walk around a great area with significant choices of restaurants and pubs. Very safe area."

"The place is clean and a good location and the staff is nice. It also has a smart TV which is great. Small issues is the piping makes a really loud noise every time you open the tap, and the shower water pressure is low and one night I guess there wasn’t enough hot water so I had to rush with the cold water."

"The place was really nice. Check in was easy, walkable to sights throughout the city. Our last bed was supposed to be a twin and was a pull out softa, which was thin and uncomfortable. Wifi was not great. Owner was wonderful."

"Because of our flight timing we arrived at 2 and our room wasn’t ready as checkin is at 4. The reception person tagged and put our luggage in temp storage and showed us the bar. Since we had only had and early light breakfast, we got lunch. Very nice. Friendly staff. Then they moved our luggage to our room. Very nice room!"

"We thought we were booking a 4 star hotel and it ended up being a 2 star hotel quality. The rooms were very basic not even offering basic amenities such as a shower cap. They seemed understaffed at the check in desk. We were so disappointed as we somehow thought we were booking a 4 star hotel and were so shocked when we arrived at the quality of the hotel. It is run down, basic, understaffed. We will not be returning there again."

"Very small but very clean room. Cute cafe and friendly cafe staff. Bad design for people traveling with suitcases. Need to have front desk staff come to open a sep entrance. Called front desk for iron 3 times No one ever answered the phone."

"Given all the great reviews, I really wanted to like this Staycity but honestly, staying in the basic Studio with 2 people and 2 big suitcases for 5 nights was a bit tight. It was hard to hang up stuff and to be comfortable sitting at the tiny table, even if it was just for breakfast (we didn’t try Staycity’s). Same with the bathroom. While the fridge was a good size, the sink is so small, water splashes everywhere. And while I appreciated the Nespresso capsules to get us started, it would be...
