They called and made dinner reservations and provided us with a snack in the morning when our flight left too early for breakfast. Would highly recommend!"

"On our first visit to Bologna we figured we would stay at the hotel Metropolitan because of its location in the city as it was fairly central to all the interesting areas and gave us a great place to start to explore from. One thing to note is that it is a bit of a walk from the train station, but the walk is nice and is mostly under porticoes which made it much more enjoyable. The hotel itself was very clean and nice and the room was set up very well. I did read from other reviewers about...

Everything was squeaky clean and the location is perfect with a beautiful view onto the rooftops of old Bologna. All major sights, shopping and grocery shopping are in easy walking distance. Communication was great and made both checkin and checkout super easy. Highly recommended. "
