"Wonderful stay as usual! What stood out most were the amenities; the executive lounge, spa, gym, pool, and sauna were all immaculate and extremely well maintained. I stayed during New Year’s Eve, and despite the hotel being extremely busy, the staff continued to deliver a high level of customer service. "Our room was fantastic and the front desk staff was wonderful. It was really clean. It is like a regular European room, but actually a lot bigger. When there was an unexpected cold snap, the front desk brought us a separate heater that was fantastic. The shower was hot with lots of hot water. We were on the "second floor," but there are like two small sets of like 5 stairs to get to it and they offered to help.
