"Está en medio de la nada. Tienen una carta para pedir comida porque no hay NADA cerca, pedí fish and chips y no había, pedí carne con arroz y no había... Al final pedí una pizza y el chico dijo que la dehars pagada y me la subiría al apartamento. Al cabo de una hora y media, me viene con media pizza fría y llena de salsa picante. Una broma de MUY mal gusto."

"The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia. Beds are comfortable Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach. We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year. Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either. We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not. "

"Save yourself the trouble—this property lacks professionalism, comfort, and basic upkeep. The location was another letdown. While advertised as convenient, being directly opposite Keir Srynge Market meant struggling to locate the property every time I went out and tried to return.The area felt unsafe after dark, with limited lighting and no clear pedestrian pathways. I would never recommend Sweet Mama Residence to anyone. "
