"Excellent staff and location"

"The use of an e-butler through WeChat was very efficient. We got our request for extra clothes hangers answered very quickly and the hangers were in the wardrobe after our return from dinner. Excellent location, within walkable distance to the Muslim Quarters and close to the Bell Tower subway station. Lots of things to shop and see around the hotel area. Would highly recommend this area. Very helpful staff by the WeChat name of 微[风]..雨 who helped to wheel my luggage to the waiting van out in...

"Most of the staff were able to speak english which is rare to find in China. The staff made our stay comfortable and helped us to arrange transportation to terracota and train station. The hotel even equipped us with hotel card to make it easier for tourist communicate to taxi driver. The size of the room is huge and comfortable. we do pay extra for buffet breakfast, but the quality and taste was okay."

"욕조가 비교적 커서 공간이 넉넉하고 편하게 이용할 수 있었고, 온수도 잘 나와서 만족스러웠습니다. 직원분들이 모두 친절했으며, 특히 리셉션 여성 직원은 영어가 매우 유창해 남편이 의사소통에 불편함이 없어 더 만족해했습니다. 레드레벨로 업그레이드되어 라운지를 이용할 수 있었던 점도 정말 편리했고 전반적으로 만족도가 높았습니다. 아침 조식은 신선한 과일이 잘 준비되어 있어 과일과 채소를 좋아하는 저에게 특히 좋았습니다. 객실 상태도 깔끔하고 쾌적했으며, 전체적으로 서비스가 매우 훌륭했습니다. 또한 주변이 시끄럽지 않고 깨끗하면서 조용해 쉬기 좋았고, 근처에 먹거리도 다양하며 공원이 가까워 위치적으로도 매우 만족스러웠습니다."
