"Habitación e instalaciones muy bien, pero el check-out fue una pésima experiencia. Me hospedé en la suite más cara del hotel con mi pareja después de una boda — casi $8,000 pesos la noche. A ese precio, en Cuernavaca, esperas un servicio de 10. La llegada, la habitación y el personal de equipaje, impecables. La noche anterior, sin problema, dejaron entrar a mi chofer hasta la puerta de la suite. Al día siguiente, en el check-out, las dos personas de recepción no permitieron que mi chofer entrara con el coche a recogernos. Cuando pedí que avisaran por radio a la entrada para autorizar el acceso — algo que tomaba 10 segundos — la respuesta fue un NO tajante, después de haberme ignorado más de 10 minutos. Sin explicación, sin alternativa. Tuvimos que caminar más de 300 metros por caminos empedrados con desniveles, bajo un sol fuerte, cargando equipaje. Mi pareja, además, tiene una condición de piel severa que hacía absurdo el recorrido. Lo más frustrante es la incongruencia: lo que sí se hizo la noche anterior, al día siguiente fue "imposible". No es protocolo: es falta de criterio y de servicio. Para el nivel y el precio que cobran, este trato en el check-out es absolutamente inaceptable. El resto del personal, muy bien. Recepción de ese turno, lo peor de la estancia."

"Estás villas son cómodas y con un diseño tradicional agradable. Son seguras, de acceso controlado y el estacionamiento está en el exterior (en la calle) pero la zona es segura. Preguntar por el AC, ya que no todas las villas cuentan con el, sin embargo hay también habitaciones que no son villas y todas ellas si tienen AC. La ubicación es conveniente para asistir a eventos en haciendas, pero a diferencia de la información en internet Uber responde más rápido que Didi en esa área. El pago debe de ser en efectivo o una parte en efectivo y lo demás con tarjeta, no se aceptan pagos totalmente con tarjeta. La experiencia fue agradable y funcional."

"The property perse was very good once we got there. The hotel condition was good but not excellent versus the normal price rate, the service was good and hotel perse has beautiful gardens. The pool looked good even though we did not use it. Breakfast was very good but I conidered it highly pricey."
