O atendimento foi excelente, o pessoal muito receptivo, atencioso estão de parabéns, porém o quarto não tinha uma limpeza adequada, lustres da parede na cama totalmente sujos, muita poeira, casa de aranha e para completar um escorpião no banheiro, minha esposa ficou desesperada por conta do nosso filho. A área de laser é muito boa para as crianças só falta uma limpeza na escultura pois tem bastante lodo mas no geral a área e ótima e meu filho gostou bastante.

O hotel tem um espaço bom, o café da manhã é sortido e o pessoal é amável e solícito. A única coisa que não foi boa foi a piscina que apesar de ser espaçosa não estava limpa, tinha limo. Mas como fiquei na praia nao tive maiores problemas.
