"I wanted to write this review with ranking this Taj property as the best I had ever stayed at, but I'm unable to based on my checkout experience with the hotel manager. To be brief, it was a nightmare. I can confidently say that the issue was later resolved and effectively handled by Mr. Bhayal. Because of his kindness, professionalism and issue resolution I am more than inclined to leave a positive review.
To be fair, this is not the fanciest Taj property I have stayed at nor is the real estate around it exceptionally beautiful, but what it lacks in grandeur it makes up in hospitality. The staff is well trained and polite. The architecture of the property is phenomenal. The food and drinks amazing. I do recommend getting the pool view vs the garden view. I went swimming ever single day and loved it. The pool is perfect!!! The cultural show, magic show and puppet show really bring a warm welcome. At this Taj, you truly feel like family. Don't forget to stop at the boutique and visit Ram, he will make sure you leave looking better than you entered.
