At times I also had trouble sleeping as staff were not understanding of the need to work quietly when cleaning. "

"There was a mouse in the room which died on the 2nd day. Surfaces were all dirty and dusty. Tea satches, water and kettle were supplied without a cup or spoon! The staff call at midnight to take breakfast orders!"

"The only thing we didn’t like is the lack of pure vegetarian restaurant nearby, other than that, this place is really good"
