"There was no washing machine in room 509 but they moved us to another, bigger, much nicer room at no charge that had both a washer and dryer. Once I figured out how to work them, everything was fine. Hotel is very convenient to so much."

"Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful."

"Great location. We were close to everything. We really enjoyed Washington square park. Less than Block away. The space was very big. Bed comfortable. Shower was great. Close to trains and buses. Coffee shop on the block and a little corner store was 2 doors down. Good food options and a responsive host. Great space for the price. Definitely recommend. Easy walking distance to everything. Very safe part of town. There is a parking lot 1/2 block away. It is pricey for parking but there is one...

"First, the staff was excellent. The room was advertised as “city view” which, as it turns out, means “view of the HVAC system of the adjacent building “. The room had no proper sitting area and about half the room is dedicated to the commode, shower and wash basin. Obviously an old building where they had constraints but not a friendly space. Just a bed in midtown.. nothing special."
