"Clean and well located hotel in the Old Town. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that the Expedia listing advertised a “24 hour airport shuttle”. Expedia promoted this feature as a “rare find”. This was the main reason I booked this hotel (as opposed to others that looked comparable). It turns out that there is no airport shuttle and they offered to arrange one for a price that was more than double what I paid for an Uber. I don’t know if this is the hotel’s fault or Expedia’s fault but it was misleading. "

"The rooms are fully sound proofed to account for their vibrant night life scene downstairs. You are unlikely to find a hotel with a wider array of amenities, though maybe not the amenities you typically associate with hotels. It has great city views, and small but luxurious rooms. The location is also exceptional, right next to Zurich Main Station and in the heart of the Old Town"
