Location was very quiet and relaxing..short hotel provided shuttle ride to mall and flea market, walking distance away from super market, restaurant and strip mall.....The staff was extraordinary and very helpful...special thanks to the supervisors Maria, Teresa and David the shuttle drivers and the breakfast staff for making our stay so enjoyable.....I could give specific examples of your kindness like Maria offering her train card for us to take a train ride, to her giving us a ride to the flea market but it would take forever to mention how special you all were.....Thank you very much.....

The room was a good size, well equipped and clean. There was some noise from planes taking off and landing but it did not seem bad enough to disrupt our sleep and after all it is an airport hotel and exactly why we chose it. The included breakfast was very good and over all the hotel was a good value.

I love that you only pay 30 Rands to get transferred to + picked up from shops, as the hotel is a little away from shops, restaurants and malls.

The staff were all happy to be of assistance at any time. Reception was most helpful and so were the shuttle drivers. They picked us up at the airport, dropped us off and picked up again at the beautiful shopping mall nearby and finally took us again to the large market nearby as we had time to spare. We cannot help but praise them all and we will definitely stay with them again.

Don't trust shuttle time estimates.

It was fine. One issue, when we asked about going somewhere to eat, the desk clerk told us we could take the hotel shuttle, and gave us a 20 minutes ETA. 40 minutes later, we were told the shuttle driver had accidentally gone to the airport rather than returning to the hotel to pick us up. He would be back to the hotel in about 15 minutes. Another half hour later, we finally got the shuttle to take us out to the mall to get some dinner. Quite aggravating. He did arrive promptly to pick us up later and take us back to the hotel though, and we did use the shuttle to get to the airport next day, and that was fine.

Great hotel, but unfortunately in flight path

Clean, convenient and friendly hotel. Service very good. Location convenient. Drawbacks: 1) Situated in the take off flight path of OR Tambo i.e. Planes taking off every 10 minutes right over venue. This was my mistake for not researching properly; not the hotels. 2) Other guests noisy in passage coming in late at night. Inconsiderate to those sleeping. I did not bring this to their attention. Overall: Fine if you do not mind noise. We will be more careful next time.

Nice Hotel

Na 6 nachten hier geslapen te hebben, gingen we naar het Krugerpark voor 4 nachten. Gister weet terug naar onze oude stek terug gekeerd. Voelde weer als thuis komen. Ook weer onze oude kamer terug. Staff erg vriendelijk. Welkom terug!!!

Very dirty room

There were red spots on the sheets and traces of toothpaste on the sink, and some leaves on the floor. The air conditioning/heating system is quite noisy. The breakfast room was very cold and the food choice was poor. The waiting time for scrambled eggs was 20 minutes although the guests were just two. We saw the staff using the bushes as drying racks for bed sheets.

Wunderschönes Hotel, excellentes Frühstück.

Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr gut gelegen, in einer sicheren Lage. Die Zimmer sind komplett eingerichtet, geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Excellentes Frühstück. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Excellent GH. Good as 4 star hotel. Great Breakfas

My wife had a excellent stay at the guest house for 3 nights. Rooms are clean, Free Wifi, great breakfast. Everything is good. Staff helped us with everything we needed.

Nice hotel, but poor wifi

A nice hotel in a fancy villa area in Boksburg close to Johannesburg Airport. Free airport transfer and transfer in area for a fee. Unfortunately the wifi is very slow and that was a bummer for us after 3 days in the jungle without wifi. We tried in 2 rooms, since the first room seemed to have an issue with hot water which the management handled well by placing us in a different room.

Nice, clean hotel in a quiet area

I only stayed for one night but the whole ordeal was mostly hassle free. Checking in was quick and easy and the room was clean and comfortable. The only small problem that I had was with the airport shuttle. I told the front desk that I needed to leave by 8:00 am the next morning. When I checked with the front desk at 7:45 am to make sure it was on time it looked like they had no idea about this and had to call the shuttle right then. It didn't show until 8:30. I still caught my flight but was a bit rushed at the airport. Overall the stay was pleasant and I would easily stay there again.

Goed voor 1 nacht als airporthotel!!

Kamer was prima, goede wifi verbinding, fijne douche, lekker bed, gratis ontbijt, gratis wifi en gratis parkeren!! Veilige locatie! Ik heb echter geen zwembad gezien!!
