"My stay was so wonderful! The staff were so kind and helpful with all my needs, breakfast was delicious. The chef prepared perfect omelettes and they helped me with transportation to the mall. Everything I wanted I received, they treated me like a queen. I truly loved my stay and I will definitely return back. This Holiday Inn was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for all of your kindness from all the staff, you are excellent."

"Best points: location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, plenty of hot water, charming ambience.
Not so good: rickety shower frame (kept coming out of its grooves), mini split heater out of order so a space heater had to be brought in, room was rather cramped for two people"

"Our 19-day stay at the Southern Sun Rosebank was pleasant, with a late checkout on the 20th day due to a late flight. We occupied two rooms: a twin bedroom and a junior suite. To extend our stay until 6 pm, we paid half the daily rate of the junior suite. The twin room was quite small, and if we hadn't had the junior suite to relax in, our stay would have been uncomfortable. The junior suite, however, was spacious.
