"The front staff was helpful but, I was followed by one of the janitors while going to my room because he wanted to know if I was “married”. Not only is that inappropriate but, luckily I was not travelling along as that would make me feel VERY unsafe, more than it already did. Secondly, there was a roach that I discovered in the bathroom. We immediately packed our stuff and left. They were small roaches at that which indicates that there is an infestation. That makes me not only feel queasy but...

"The room was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I had to go buy raid to defend myself from the roaches. I had to spray every day to keep them away. The bed was comfortable and room was neat, but them roaches kept appearing every day and night."

"When you first walk in, you are greeted by the smell of old building. The place definitely needs a total renovation. There was signage for smoke free facility and walking up the stairs you could smell marihuana all over the stairs and hallway. The ceiling tiles were stained. Then in the room the plumbing needed some assistance with flushing and sink drainage, the shower had hair from previous guests. I could go on and on. The bed and pillows were comfortable. "Staff was indifferent, was on a personal phone call for 5 minutes before he acknolged I was standing at the counter in front of him. He put the phone down for a second asked me my name and proceeded to pick up his personal phone call while processing my check in. There was vomit in the ONLY elevator. Breakfast area was too small for the amount of people. Parking was easy."
