"The room was very dirty. There were ants in the bathroom, roaches, dead beetles and spiders. There were body hairs under the sheets and on the sheets. We got breakfast and my daughter’s apple was completely rotted. The elevator was covered in dust. Also there’s no privacy in the bathroom so beware of that - the sink is next to the beds and the door to the toilet doesn’t shut all the way. There is no room service even though there’s a restaurant and the wait times are awful. I was told I’d get at least a partial refund and I never received it, though I did get my security deposit back. They told us they’re understaffed with housekeeping but I would’ve stayed elsewhere. Also there’s a giveaway if you leave a positive review so that’s where all of those are coming from. "

"The room was nice and spacious! The kitchen was a plus and u have utensils and everything u need to prep a meal. Tv in the room and the living room. When we got there the person who clean the room just finished cleaning the room. Only thing i didnt like it was the one pillow case had stains of blood. It was the extra pillow in the shelf but I think it was disgusting and unsanitary. They need to be more careful with details. "

"This hotel was supposedly rated "great" on hotels.com but I find that hard to believe. We actually didn't stay here but drove many hours to get home rather than stay in here. The location is on a busy street, there were people drinking in the parking lot, a homeless lady camped out at the entryway, the building was run down and the doors open directly onto the parking lot so no buffer of a lobby for safety - anyone can access your door. We did not feel safe here and took a financial hit rather than stay. I will never use hotels.com again: over priced, misrepresented properties, and zero help when I called for assistance with the situation. "

"I was pleasantly surprised. My room was very clean and everything was upgraded and nice, it reminding me of a 4 star hotel. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided in the shower. The toilet was high and not sitting so low. They supplied lotion and a care kit. The place is really nice and I will be staying there again."

"Construction on rooms during our stay so it was dusty and could have used better vacuuming up hallways when done for the day. Room was nothing special but staff extremely friendly."

"Everything is comfortable and clean enough that I would recommend staying here, but I would caution that it isn’t super luxurious. The shuttle from the airport is extremely convenient, and they don’t make you wait at all. As soon as you call or tell the desk you need a ride they are all over it. The bed and pillows and linens were all very comfortable and clean. On our king bed we had 4 plush king pillows. The towels are nice and smell good. The lobby has very comfortable couches. That was nice to have a place to hang out while we waited for rides. We had a banquet dinner and lunch at the hotel and that was very nice. The salmon and chicken were fantastic! The $20 breakfast is adequate but not amazing. It is really convenient, but if you have time to venture out, you could probably get a tastier breakfast elsewhere. We didn’t use the gym or pool. The staff is great. We were there for a work conference, and the company hosting it said that the hotel was tremendous to work with and bent over backwards to make things nice. So if you are looking to host an event, know it’s a good place to do so. "
