"Clean room, fun hotel, boutique style, close enough to airport to walk with suitcases. Great lounge, coffee, and cafe. "

"Rooms still reeked of cigarette smoke, even though they are 100% against it. Whatever place this was before them clearly allowed smoking in the rooms. You know how putrid that can be, once a room is smoked in, it'll never be the same. Room keys unprogrammed themselves every morning so we had to go back to the front desk to have them programmed again. Very inconvenient. Shower was sufficient, water flow was strong! Nice surprise. Bed was TOO SOFT. Very plush and uncomfy. Can feel where other's have slept in because there were springs that were obviously too compressed. Barely slept. The Tiki bar was cute, small area, but the patio where the entertainment is was fairly large. Good selection of drinks! Bartenders were fun and personable. Just remember, you're on camera at the bar so behave yourselves! Overall, decent place, great price."

"Very little unsecure parking spaces. A lot of construction. The room had acceptable air conditioning. There were no cleaning services offered in the 9 days I was there. During my 9 day stay and three rooms later, they finally found a room that the phone worked. Family trying to contact me could never get anybody to answer the main phone to transfer to me. I had to go to the main desk and find somebody to use their phone. Not a very pleasant experience for the almost $1,000 I spent at this hotel"

"The place was just OK, the staff was helpful when needed, the location was perfect for what we needed, but the condition of the hotel was not great. The paint was peeling in the bathroom, and I found hair on most of the clean towels. I had to request new ones. The design was clean and modern but spares."

"It started off rough. The handle to the door going into the lobby is so covered in dirty and grime that I refused to touch it and had to use my sleeve. I will give props that they are doing some renovations. The room has new floors, bathtub, tiles. The bedding and linens were new.... but they kept the old furniture and lighting that needed a lot of love and TLC. I did sleep very well. They did have a basic breakfast. Waffles, toast & cereal. The corridors reeked of pot, that was not pleasant. And the hand trails of the stairs were as grimy as the front door. I don't see myself returning to this property in the future. "

"I will never stay there again. The room floor had some dirt on it, the TV is about to go out, for breakfast they only had cereal, the towels were so cheap it hurt to dry myself after a shower, the water pressure in the shower was low, the toilet seat was very loose, the stand between beds would rock back and forth. The elevator did not work, the a/c unit was noisey. Over all not a place i will recommend to anyone"

"Staff was indifferent, was on a personal phone call for 5 minutes before he acknolged I was standing at the counter in front of him. He put the phone down for a second asked me my name and proceeded to pick up his personal phone call while processing my check in. There was vomit in the ONLY elevator. Breakfast area was too small for the amount of people. Parking was easy."
